I’m Patricia Baker. I have been helping home sellers and home buyers in the Greater Boston Area real estate market for 14 years and I have built my business on referrals from satisfied clients. That is how I was able to start Baker Realty Group. We are a team of Real Estate professionals dedicated to partnering with and educating our clients in order to help them make smart real estate decisions. A real estate transaction is often the biggest decision a client makes. We guide our clients through all aspects of the process and bring a highly personal approach to helping people find a home in the Greater Boston Area. Our clients rely on our expertise during the entire buying and/or selling transaction and become clients for life. We build a team of professionals including real estate attorneys, mortgage bankers, home inspectors, and contractors to protect you, your interests and your real estate investments.

My 25 plus years in radio broadcast sales management at major Boston radio stations and has helped me tremendously in becoming successful very quickly in residential real estate. I am a member of the Top Agent Network and have been awarded a 5 Star Professional Designation, both which include only the top 10% producing agents in the Greater Boston Area.

After years of success in marketing and selling homes as a singular agent, I realized that I could improve my clients’ experiences even more by developing a Real Estate team that adheres to the same principles that I do: Top-tier customer service, exceptional marketing expertise, outstanding communication, and a fierce dedication to our work.

In 2014, I started Baker Realty Group, and I am delighted to have hired a smart, problem-solving and energetic REALTOR® to help me achieve my vision of providing the best possible experience for my clients.

Jamie has had a passion for customer service long before he joined the world of Real Estate. He believes that the client always comes first, and nowhere is this philosophy more important than in helping someone buy or sell a home. His goal as your REALTOR® is to support you, to protect your interests, and to be available 24/7 to guide you to the best result.  

 

 

LYNN O’CONNELL

Lynn has been a top a top producing agent in Greater Boston since 2013. She joins us from Sotheby’s International. As a member of the Top Agent Network, she thrives on a challenge and gets the job done every time. Lynn enjoys working for home buyers and sellers in and around Boston including the North Shore where she had lived and once owned a horse farm.

 

As a Seller’s Agent, Lynn has an impressive list to sale to price ratio that well exceeds 100%. You can count on her to properly evaluate the value of your home, formulate an effective sales strategy and deliver on her promises. She makes sure that every home is properly showcased and presented in the best possible way. She had had houses re-assessed, hired teams to de-clutter and usually stages her own listings.

As a Buyer’s Agent, Lynn truly enjoys the process of matching people with the property of their dreams. She is tireless in her quest to find the perfect property, no matter how much work it is and no matter how long it takes. She provides organized showing schedules supporting research and accompanies her buyers to open houses. When they find the home they want, she provides buying strategies and negotiates on their behalf.

Lynn O’Connell is a professionally trained salesperson/manager (major Boston radio stations) and a skilled negotiator. She credits the techniques she learned in the legendary Strategic Selling course as the basis for her ability to negotiate and manage even the most complex sale. She feels a strong sense of responsibility towards her clients, as she knows the work she does on their behalf is the bridge they need to achieve their real estate goals.  If there is a common thread in her client comments, it is that she has forever raised the bar as to what they now expect in an agent. JUAN MIQUEL ANGELO “MIQ” LABAO

I hired Miq in 2015 to be our assistant and he has been an absolutely indispensable member of Baker Realty Group. Though he is based in the Philippines, Miq works for us full time, Monday through Friday, keeping the background business going. He updates our website, MLS, and social media, prepares documents, and sends reminders to our clients about important upcoming dates in their transaction. Miq is responsive, diligent, and customer focused. By having him take care of much of our day-to-day business, Jamie, Lynn and I can be available to you at all times.
